Volunteers Offer, effective January 4, 2022
Eligible customers must provide proof to qualify for this offer by supplying the personalized e-mail from Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) announcing this offer. Customer must be an HLSR Rodeo volunteer and show proof of membership.
Dealerships are required to retain a copy of personalized e-mail AND proof of HLSR membership in the deal jacket for audit purposes (new requirement as of April 1, 2021).
Acceptable forms of documentation include both:
- Personalized e-mail sent within program period AND
- Proof of HLSR Rodeo Membership (one of the following):
- Valid HLSR Membership card, OR
- Print-off of Membership History from www.rodeohouston.com showing Annual Membership for 2022 Show Year or Lifetime Membership for any Show Year.
